This Sausage and Peppers dinner is sure to be a favorite quick and easy weeknight dinner. With only a few minutes of prep time, you can get dinner on the table in about 30 minutes!
- 8 Italian Pork Sausages
- 1.5 pounds fingerling potatoes, halved
- 3 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 sweet onions, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Kinder’s The Blend
- Kinder’s Buttery Garlic and Herb
- Fresh basil, optional
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place all ingredients on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with Kinder’s The Blend and Buttery Garlic and Herb
Cook for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are soft
Serve with fresh basil.
